Terms of service

These terms govern use of Wholesale Studio. By installing or using the app, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the Shopify merchant and agree to use the service lawfully.

The service

Wholesale Studio provides software for catalog browsing, B2B order requests, merchant approval, Shopify invoicing, and optional ERP synchronization. Shopify remains the system of record for products, customer accounts, checkout, payments, and resulting Shopify orders.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for catalog accuracy, buyer authorization, prices, taxes, payment terms, fulfillment, refunds, connected-system credentials, and compliance with laws that apply to their business.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other stores, upload unlawful content, or use the app to process data you are not entitled to process.

Availability and changes

Early-access features may change. We work to keep the service reliable, but availability can depend on Shopify, optional connected services such as GoodDay, and infrastructure providers outside our control.
